Great variety of meals, some better than others but so many to choose from you are bound not to like them all. Easy to use website, clear concise delivery information and always delivered on time. Great webinars as well. I have not had any problems with delivery until this morning where one meal had leaked. I contacted Jane Plan and Lulu responded immediately and will be sending a replacement with my next order. Great food and brilliant customer -service - Thanks

Purchased a sale item, which arrived well packed a couple of days later. It was a bit on the big side so I looked at returning it, returns were free and I had a lot of time to make up my mind. So I ordered a size smaller so I could compare. Again the smaller one arrived well packaged and a couple of days later. This fitted perfectly so I returned the first one. NO HASSLE which is amazing these days, a couple of days later I had email confirmation that the refund had been processed, if only all companies were this efficient! Great service, great communication and great products.

I ordered a Teal cube jumbo cord beanbag. It arrived fairly quickly but was not the colour that I thought it would be. It is shown as a blue colour in the colour options, and the photo is a bluey green. The actual item is more of a dark green, I am not happy! I called to be told that shades look different on different computers and I could return it but I would have to pay the return postage, as this did not match other items I had no option to return at my own cost, something I am not happy about as I do not feel it is a fair representation of the colour. I emailed and advised how unhappy I was and did receive a call from customer services to offer swatches and a replacement but they do not have anything in jumbo cord close to the colour that I needed, so had to return the item at my cost....beanbags are not small so this was not cheap. Other than that I think the product looked of a good quality but customer service although the people I dealt were polite as a company they really need to take customers comments on board. Beware this item is not what is appear to be.

Great prices, easy website and fast delivery

Every person I spoke to both in the showroom and twice on the phone were extremely helpful, no hard sell just honest information, the guy in store spent at least half an hour with us explaining the different sorts of leather pro's and con's of each. He was happy to answer questions and we did not feel at all rushed or pressurised into making a sale. The best thing is that all the people that I spoke to treated me as a valued customer, they were friendly with the human touch, a bit of lighthearted chat at the same time as being very informative. I have place my order and hope the furniture is as good as the service!

Website not particularly clear, would not give me a quote, when I went back in it looked different, so not sure if you have an old weblink still live? Let me in, all worked fine, printed my label went to check nearest parcelshop to find that there is not one in my town which has a population of 30,000, there used to be when I sent parcels before but the nearest is 3 miles away in a tiny village with a population of 3000. So off I go to drop the parcel off, to be advised by the shop that once the sack is full they have no space for more parcels, luckily for me the Hermes truck had pulled up outside so the lady took the parcel for me, but what if I had paid for next day and not been able to drop it off! This tiny little village store is taking in all parcels for Hermes for miles around. Please try and get a parcelshop in a town rather than a village.
