ZERO Customer Service and you can NOT reach a live person!

I'd had MetroFax since April 2018. Paid yearly. Hadn't used it in years, so cancelled on line 8/27/24 4:02 PM Central time. Thankfully I kept the printout of the On line cancelation. This morning, my credit card was charged $79.50 for another year subscription. Again, unable to contact a live person about this matter, so I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. What a ripoff. How many people continue to get billed and don't pay attention?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Cheap junk from China. Don’t believe them on “satisfaction guaranteed”. Quick response to emails, but when I wanted to return the kicker fish, they said I can’t and wanted to refund me half my money, replace the item that didn’t come as stated or give me a 50% gift certificate plus $5. Avoid this company completely! Oh they also won’t let me post negative review on their website! Their website shows 5 star rating. Amazing scam company.

UPDATE Company says to call and they have a 30 day guarantee.... I asked in less than a week for my money back and they would only give me 50% gift certificate plus $5 or a replacement. I don't want any of these. I asked for my money back like they advertised. 0 STARS

This company is so dishonest

This company is so dishonest! It took me 4 months to get my cpap. Then in Sept 2018 I changed insurance. Apria took it upon themselves to just start new billing again... on a used machine, like it was brand new. Saturday morning, the 2nd of December 2018, immediately called and cancelled my card after they hit my card on December 1st about 1 AM in the morning . They told me I could NOT return the machine and I fought until they said that I could take back to Apria in Lenexa. I did that Monday December 3rd as soon as they were open. They said they get complaints like that. Now, they are billing me for another $44. 48 for the month of December. They kept saying I owed $8 and change for returning on Monday 12/3/18. NOW they are billing me for the entire month of December 2018. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. DO NOT LET THEM HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Tidal music streaming through Sprint

Sprint monthly charges include Tidal. Today it isn’t working and Sprint says still active,Tidal via email said I have to upgrade and renew. How can they shut off service when they are being paid? You can’t talk to a person, they say no refunds? Terrible, awful customer service. This is crazy and completely dishonest on Tidal or Sprint. Please help
