Shambolic service. Money taken upfront.
Verification process is awkward.
Verification via passport finally accepted, but no card delivered. No email communications, but after waiting, logged in to the site to discover that we had to start the process again!
No explanation and no apology.
Gave up and requested refund but met with hard nosed commercial attitude and denied.
Don’t be fooled by their charity status, not for profit just means there’s no profit left after they have paid themselves handsomely for a poor service.
Subsequently learning that many venues don’t even recognise the card!
Avoid.

Utterly crap service. Shoes ordered and then no update email regarding delivery. Customer care is online only, who said that there were "digital only" since. But their digital insight allowed them zero advice on the delivery of the ordered shoes. No phone number so anyone who likes to talk not type, is stuck, and those with sight issues too I assume. Oh, I was told that I could not cancel the order, until they had "picked" it. But they don't know when it will be picked. Utter crap.

Trustpilot say that my review might be deleted if I don’t reply to Office? The inability to speak with Office and receive a meaningful response is poor. If Office want more details on my experience, they can post a phone number and I will call them.

When we moved home 5 years ago, Banham visited and re-enabled our alarm system and gave us wider home security advice that was practical and helpful. They have been spot on ever since.

I called Banham this morning at 9.30 to report an alarm fault and at 10.30 received a text to say that the engineer on way. 30 minutes later, Mike Cummings arrived and 30 minutes later, the system was up and running again.

The service they provide is perfect. From the first telephone contact which is helpful and positive, to the engineer response time, courtesy and just a genuine desire to do things well.
