Our experience at our local Skoda dealership was excellent. We were treated with care, respect and our opinions and choices were heard. We received first class service from the manager, Dan, and of course the lovely David Kirmi who was a true gentleman. David’s calm demeanour made our experience easy, smooth and stress free. We had our new vehicle ready within a week to collect. Excellent service and excellent team.

A warm welcome, pleasant environment and friendly staff. The whole experience was stress free. Especially impressed with the quality of the health check as part of the car service. All issues were explained during a one to one by a member of staff.

I had an issue with one of my VW ID Buzzes (we have change nearly half our fleet to EV's), my first experience with Citygate Colindale was speaking with Tosana. She was very professional, friendly and very helpful. I provided her all the information required and she booked my vehicle in. I was updated regularly regarding repairs and any additional issues. Over time I sent move vehicles to Colindale site because they provide the best service. Pedro and Zubair are also very good and knowledgeable in solving minor key fob issues. Its a very big site and for these three to manage it, very impressive. When my engineer goes to collect vehicles she is greeted with smile, given a run down on what was done and the vehicles when returned have not further issues.
They provide very good customer service, even when there systems went down, I am sure that despite all the calls and possible delays to vehicle being complete, they all remain calm and pleasant the whole time. Brilliant team
If the company does a reward scheme I highly recommend all three should received some kind of commendation.

The receptionist was great as I asked her to check if the car can be ready by 2pm she coordinated with Clyde the car mechanic and Clyde ensured that the car was ready in time so that I could get to school pickup,Great Service

They were very accommodating and got the job done. Needed extra tyres so informed me and had no issues at all.

Excellent service from Citygate at Chalfont.
Very easy to book online, with a callback to confirm everything. Extremely helpful and pleasant staff at booking in, who double checked the price and what work was being done - highlighting some extra work that might be needed but offering to have it done that day, and with a discount. All completed on time, and car valeted before collection. Wayne was my contact and he gave first class service.

Good communication and Service

The service advisor Marc was very professional and kept me fully updated on progress of the vehicle.

Easy to arrange on the Kia Citygate website and confirmation via email and phone call.
Really pleasant reception experience as you pass the new Kia cars, welcomed by Natasha who was engaging and knowledgeable.

Raj was fantastic! My car needed some repairs and he handled it amazingly. He worked with me to find something that worked for me and my schedule and I can confidently say he went above and beyond for me throughout my experience.

Citygate Service Chalfont - Steve Packer

I needed a problem with my AC investigated, which two other garages had failed to discover, but still charged me for re-gassing

When booking the call, I spoke to a very professional lady that helped me choose the right location and time to book my car in based on my needs

The first person I spoke to, when I dropped off my car, was very helpful and explained the process and charges

Sterve Packer called me and explained the issue and guided me through the process to see a video of the investigation and the quote to get the work done

Steve continued to text and call with updates on parts ordered, when they would arrive, a delay caused by a previous job taking longer than expected, and when my car was ready to collect

The only issue was a text/email with payment details that Steve sent me when I came to collect my car

Steve was very polite, personable, knowledgeable and helpful thoughout the time it took to deal with my car

All in all a good experience, except for the cost
