Had large log cabin installed in November 2025. From start to finish we were impressed with the quality of wooden buildings available and being able to customise them as well. Alan was very helpful when we made a site visit. Installation was carried out on day we requested and two installation chaps were very efficient. Think names were Nathan & Will.
Needed couple more things to be done a few days later and after phoning Alan he saw to them straight away to our satisfaction. We had looked at many shed companies and these were the best quality and with excellent customer service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Needed replacement parts for Abode kitchen tap purchased through Appliance House. I emailed Appliance House & received a reply the same day asking me to forward photo of tap and order sheet. I purchased the tap in 2020 and the Company got in touch with Abode to forward my photos on so they could identify what was required. Within 2 days I received the replacement parts which were delivered by DPD. Great service and very prompt. Would thoroughly recommend Appliance House and would use again for future purchases.

Excellent personal service from Emily. Returned to Trailfinders as a one-stop shop for assistance with booking, particularly helpful with current advice on Covid regulations and what was required as we have not travelled during this Pandemic and a lot of confusion with constantly changing rules and advice.
