Total robbery
I placed an order on October 23. When it didn't arrive in the expected timeframe I emailed asking for information, and they sent a link so I could open a 'ticket' complaint through another company of theirs, Teddy-Tastic. As of today, November 7th, I have had no delivery, no explanation, no refund...basically they appear to have robbed me! Please do not use this company. I even checked back yesterday and my 'ticket' had been deleted, so I opened a new one. Not holding my breath.

Pretty much did what you'd want! I ordered the bra, they sent it in good time, and it is true to size; I always use the same brand so I know what size to get! Would use again.

Just don't!
I can only echo what others have said. Really awful material, didn't fit right, and so far they have offered me a 15% discount if I will keep it rather than send it back. Which I have turned down.
