The course was well set up and the delivery was excelent. I thought that the course could be of an even greater benefit to more people if it could be rolled out to the public at town or village halls. The content was hard hitting but made perfect sense and completely thought provoking.

We bought an item that proved to be unsuitable, and when returned there were no quibbles on repayment of the cost and the member of staff was very good.
