This is the second complaint against this company the first one they have been ordered by the ombudsman to pay me compensation the person to whom I was complaining about investigated his own complaint the second complaint of which I’ve been trying to resolve with them to no avail this company have been taking almost double of me for a tv purchase thru AO on a 2 year repayment the tv cost £560 at a cost of £29 a month they are taking £48 after questioning them in this continuous for 2 months they can not explain and still they continue to steal the money from my bank I will be contacting the ombudsman again this company are a disgrace

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful company that should not even be in existence threatened my wife with bailiffs for a tax return from 12 years ago scumbags she had to contact hmrc who said she owes nothing where do these people get there information from

After advising them to stop sending emails with my mums name on regarding Mother’s Day as she’s passed away they still send emails with the same messages very disrespectful and upsetting thanks moonpig

Since when do eBay charge you for a listing scammers used eBay for years never have u had an email saying I owe them money for something I’m trying to sell on there

Ordered an American hot pizza have not had dominos for a long time it was absolutely disgusting the dough was terrible sort it out dominoes £2 pizzas from Iceland are nicer

Be careful buying a device from this company purchased a mighty medic device costing nearly £300 20 months ago they are saying they don’t manufacture it anymore so it can’t be sent back but I can buy the updated one for a discounted price etc clever will never purchase again

Ordered a medical device as it says would be here next day it didn’t arrive they don’t respond to complaints on trust pilot obviously too big for there boots Amazon used to be fantastic will never order from Amazon again use EBAY far superior customer support

Booked a hotel it said no payment until 3 days before it’s booked for April they took the money instantly can’t get it back trivago now passing the buck first time and last time will ever use trivago

No water for 7 hours still no updates no information from them that they was gonna disconnect it either

Purchased a tumble dryer from ao these people doing the credit it was on a 24 month payment plan the terms and payment was set up tumble dryer received 2 days later this was 23 months ago they are trying to say it’s not in the 24 month agreement and are know saying basically it’s gonna take another year or so even though the amount agreed in the contract was taken which was £70 a month absolutely ridiculous they are not backing down either I’m not letting this go

Bought a tumble dryer on a 24 month payment plan it was sent out 24 hours after the order was placed they are now saying this is not the case and I’ve been paying basically the interest and is now gonna be at least another 15 months before it is paid the operator even agreed that it was this So Tom has just sent a reply saying I have not responded to this very clever Tom as a response was sent to you with the order number AOL217540092 is this your way of getting out of bad reviews

Was awaiting medication today as have none left and have a bipolar disorder was told delivery would be today between 7am & 10 pm took day off as self employed they can not make the delivery because of this will probably be sectioned thanks for this DPD

Awaiting a wedding suit being shipped from France had to use an independent courier from the company’s own the wedding is in 3 days gave strict instructions to a ups operator on the phone last night he assured me the parcel does not need to be signed for a can be left in my garden as I told them that no one will be there they could not change times the parcel was not left on site and has been sent to a local post office that I cannot get to in the morning because of this I will be unable to attend the wedding thanks UPS you bunch of morons

Slightly more expensive than others but the warranty offered and aftercare far outweighs the price offered by others they have brilliant knowledge and that’s why they have been around as long as they have will always recommend richer sounds for any audio visual equipment
