too soft and unsupportive

I ordered the premium pure hybrid mattress which stated 'medium-firmness' and good for join support, I did not find this to be the case at all. I kept waking up in pain and in the sides of my lower back. I have never experienced this before and I'm usually fine with any mattress, I only decided to upgrade as I had my old cheap IKEA mattress for many years, but i travel a lot and can sleep anywhere pain free. The mattress is comfy when first laying on it but is too soft to support. I sleep in various positions throughout the night so it's hard to pinpoint a specific position that may have caused this. For ref I'm 5'2 female yoga teacher of medium build so this mattress in theory should have been fine. But I have never woken up in pain like this not only in the morning but in the night. I had the 100 night sleep trial so now have exchanged for the original hybrid which is an older and cheaper model that is supposed to be firmer, I have not tried this yet so cannot comment. In the meantime I took to sleeping on a fold out sofa which I found much less painful!

The Pure Plus Hybrid Bamboo & Charcoal mattress you originally selected is one of our softer-feel options, despite being rated as medium-firm. Comfort can be quite subjective, and for some sleepers — particularly those needing more support through the lower back — a firmer model like our Original Hybrid can often be a better fit.
It’s also worth noting that it can take around 30 nights for your body to properly adjust to a new mattress, especially when moving from an older or very different sleep surface.
We’re glad to hear you’ve taken advantage of the sleep trial to switch to the Original Hybrid, which should provide a firmer and more supportive feel. We hope this proves much more comfortable for you once you’ve had time to adjust.

awful - dont use travel up!

awful! bad customer service, rude staff. they make mistakes (or website does) and then charge almost the same price as ticket fare to change. I used them through Kayak to select the correct outbound flight time i needed and I selected my flights and was sent a completely different flight in my confirmations than what I paid for! I even selected the more expensive option to suit my travel times - which i was charged for, but they booked me on the wrong flight (which was appearing cheaper) that goes earlier. I rang number to explain they sent me wrong flight and was told they would get back to me. Rang again and was met with very rude staff. Was told a manager would call back, still waiting! I've used third party sites before and never had a problem, this was clearly their error which they are unwilling to fix without charging £400!
