We were placed in a caravan with dog and…

We were placed in a caravan full of dog and cigarette odour.I am allergic to dog hair it could have turned into a problem if luck was not on my side.
park staff wanted further £270 to move us in another accommodation.Although they failed to comply with hygien standards.
They said we can’t move you today but we can try tomorrow meanwhile we can clean again which made little or no difference we ended up confiding us to a room and sat out side in early morning till head office was contacted and alternative accommodation was organised.
No good will shown, they could have moved us into another accommodation on the day and made things easier.
This was third and last stop over of our tour which was spoiled although we managed to salvage something after initial stress time.

Our Guest Experience Team will do their very best to address and rectify any issues promptly. Whilst I understand an immediate move was not possible on this occasion, it is good to hear that a solution was found and you were able to continue happily with your time on park. ^JC

After bad behaviour display by…

After bad behaviour display by supervisor and staff at pc world slough,I made a complaint to their head office,spoke to a chap by the name of Glynn Harris and to investigate and call back after one week.
Waiting for five weeks no reply when I contacted I was told investigation was closed on 21st of July with wrong doing founded.
In short they brushed the matter under the carpet without informing the aggrieved.
This sums up Pc world.
Slough store don’t care and management is willing to cover up.
No wonder stores are closing and people are buying from on line.

Sainsburys Clothing Manager at…

Sainsburys Clothing Manager at Providence place Maidenhead refused to return item just because price tags were separated from cloths despite having proof of purchase and being returned with in time limit.
He could not understand that, as a gift tags have to be removed ,and these tags can be attached with again with a tag gun. It seemed he was looking for an excuse not to return items. Poor knowledge poor behaviour very arrogant should not be allowed to manage a department.
Eventually Sainsburys customer experience manager saw sense and over ruled him and items were eventually returned with some unnecessary hassle.

Stayed over weekend at Tadcaster near…

Stayed over weekend at Tadcaster near York. Customer service was exceptional particularly by Vicky and Maria.
so thank you to both.
As far as the premises is concerned it is clean does the job without any hick ups. However it can do with some TLC.
Over all good experience.

Unbelievable behaviour

AS I was looking to purchase an apple laptop and apple watch I decided to visit Curry's Pc world Slough just around 3pm this afternoon.
when entered the store I saw a number of staff members chatting among them selves, I thought some one will approach us to assist .I waited a while when no one approached I went over and asked a staff member for assistance he replied I shall send some one. Later I was told was one of duty managers called Dom.
A staff member came I asked a question about product next minute I look around he is gone i saw him standing next to one of duty managers Dom. I approached again and said want to know about payment plan with a smirch on his face assistant askes manager he wants to know about payment plan as if I was not there. This was a bizarre behaviour and very condescending and arrogant I got reply 6 months and nothing further, At stage I said seems like you are not interested in my custom without reply they both Dom and the other guy walked away in different directions once again very strange if was rude I could understand
I was stunned at the behaviour of Dom and senior member of staff. As we asked for his name I said to him do you realise you have lost sale he replied that's fine my machines are down I couldn't sell it any way.
Just because your system is down you behave with a customer in this way ?My wife asked him why are you behaving like this, his reply was what have I done.
At this stage I could not tolerate this behaviour and we left store never to return again.
To verify my account CCTV footage around 3 pm will proof of most of my account.
As the shops are dying and on line business is flourishing I would have thought some effort would be made to attract customer to shops ,this type of behaviour can only accelerate closer of stores thanks to rude and incompetent employees like Dom.
Rude abrupt ignorant incompetent employees are discredit to business.
With regret I feel I was treated like this because of my ethnicity. I can not think of any other reason for consistently behaving in this way.

Constant denial and refusal by Depot…

Constant denial and refusal by Depot management at Slough depot of failure to to deliver parcel on agreed date and time in fact parcel arriving after a number of calls and waits.
Worse parcel delivery company please avoid.
incompetent driver ruined my long awaited parcel delivery experience.

As a life long Argos customer purchased…

As a life long Argos customer purchased item from Argos on payment plan. I always had direct debt st up for payments. last year I missed a payment i asked what about the direct debt got to my surprise I was told there none i made the payment and organise direct debt I was not aware they passed my details to credit company despite never missing a single payment in 35 years they refused to take it of. staff member was very unpolite

Purchased item from o2 on14th of May

Purchased item from o2 on14th of May. Meant to be delivered on 15th of May received a text message DHL your parcel will be delivered between 13:45 to 14:45.
Made arrangement to be home in order to receive eagerly awaiting new device. No delivery despite waiting around 16:41 received message attempted delivery but one home. It was oblivious this was not correct. Delivery rearranged for following day same situation kept occurring for next 3 days. Eventually when delivery arrived with help of a decent DHL worker He said does not speak English shrugged his shoulders and walked away while i was attempting to talk to him. Response from DHL executive was shocking in a net shell delays are possible. Totally failed to address the cause as to why and how it happened no apology, Lengthy email to muddle the issue. Employees represent employers no wonder the staff behaves the way they do as management is not interested in addressing bad service or bad behaviour.

Start was good easy to use helpful staff However they need to expand a bit more as l had to phone to get things clarified.
True test would be if things don't go well during travel and how they respond.
So the jury is still out.

over two months ago took lap top to…

over two months ago took lap top to repair changing port rest was fine.
after a week received a call from Know how team that it will cost £450.
when it questioned they told us that top bottom and sides of the laptops need replacement.
it turned out that they broke the laptop in transit. eventually they admitted they broke it.
when we asked for replacement they refused and insisted on repairing the laptop.
when laptop came back after alleged repair scrolling pad had a mind of its own and screws were missing.
went back. We got another call stating there may be few more issues with laptop they asked for password.
it is not a joke guys its true.
long story short lap top is still sitting in their workshop.
no reply to email or any update from any one.
These people are appalling.
lap top was bought from them cost me £1300.
refused to give like for like new replacement insisted on repair and still cant repair the laptop properly.
even if laptop comes back not sure if it will work properly or if it does for how long.
I fear if there is a problem they will try to disown it.
They put us in a really awkward predicament.
my son is without a laptop his final years uni work the laptop.
They have left us with no choice but to invest in another laptop for him as he NEEDS a laptop.
These people have no consideration or care of any kind.
Absolutely disgusted with their behaviour.
