Makes life so much easier having good quality food and correct portions delivered. My dogs love it and so do the cats. My only hesitation in giving 5 stars is that the website needs improvement. Excellent customer service though.

I’m sure the product will be fine but really irritating that it arrived in a box stating exactly what it was. Hence husband knows what his present is. Surely this time of year you’d have more thought? Send orders in plain boxes please!

Thanks for the feedback, the reason the orders are shipped in Branded Boxes, helps the courier to ensure that any lost products are returned to us.

Having bought my house from Lee in 2012 I knew that he was familiar with it and had no hesitation instructing him when I came to sell. Lee is very aware of the market in Ashford and surrounding villages which really helps. He is also good at identifying the right buyer for the right property. The GH team are great to deal with - very knowledgeable and understanding. They kept the whole chain informed and saw what turned out to be a very lengthy transaction through to the end.
