I bought a lamp for 142 and was charged for a shipping protection fee 2.95. I paid for this and was then told I had to pay 66 euro for shipping. Even though the website says never any delivery charge.
When I cancelled the order I was refunded 135.

While their products are great, the discount advertised did not work when I tried apply it. When I emailed about this, the response was unhelpful and did not remedy the issue.
