This was our second time using Auctioneera and it worked well for us.
Lee was very friendly and attentive.
The system keeps you informed of what is happening and you can get updates online.
I would definitely use Auctioneera again.

We recently sold our family home through Auctioneera.ie, and the entire experience was exceptional. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly supportive. A special mention goes to Lee Walsh, who expertly managed every stage of the sales process.
With nine family members involved, communication could easily have become complicated, but Auctioneera’s setup made everything seamless. Their transparent updates ensured that everyone received the same information at the same time, which helped keep stress levels low and made the whole journey much smoother.
In addition, the cost of their service was far better than any of the traditional auctioneers we considered, offering outstanding value without compromising quality.

We recently sold our house in Cork city through Auctioneera and were very happy with their service. From the start Laura arrived prepared with comprehensive knowledge of the area, what we could expect to get, little suggestions of things we could do to improve how the house looked to a buyer.
She was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly and for those reasons we chose her above other auctioneers who had come to value the property.
I was swayed by the fixed fee , no-sale-no-fee which is what sets them apart from other auctioneers. Their fixed fee includes the absolutely fantastic photos that were taken, professional photographer quality.
The fee in our opinion was very fair and were we ever to sell a house again I would choose Auctioneera over traditional Auctioneer models.
Laura was great throughout. Always answering all questions, returning all calls promptly and being a calm and knowledgeable person in the end of the phone when there were unforeseen issues. Very easy and friendly to deal with. I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell a house.

Uses AI to create false advertising of properties and insults people and throws tantrums online from their business account in response to people criticising the false advertising. Very unprofessional and misleading. Not properly representing the properties they sell or the people they sell on behalf of.

Lee was fantastic to deal with. He is very direct and straightforward. House sold quickly for good price. Fees very reasonable

First rate service from Auctioneera.
We chose Auctioneera to help us sell our property in Dublin. From the first time we met Lee at the property until we closed the sale last week we have received a first rate service from Lee and the team at Auctioneera. This was the second time we have sold a property and what struck me was how easy the service is to use. The online platform kept us up to date on reviewings, potential buyers and the bids as they came in. Lee kept us in the loop and looked after everything for us. The whole expierence has been great, as we are no longer based in Dublin. Even so with the portal and contact from Lee we were always in the loop. Happy to report we closed the sale on our property and everything went smoothly. Thanks again James

Experience was great. Really responsive and always on the other end of the phone. Everything done through their website so can see offers and bids and what dates viewings are etc.

Price was far below the usual

Amazing experience with Auctioneera. We completed the sale of 2 properties with them. The first one went without issue but the second sale unfortunately fell through. The only reason we even knew there was an issue was because of Auctioneeras pro active chasing. If it had not been for them we could have lost weeks waiting for the information. Once we found the issue Auctioneera re advertised the property immediately. Due to the original sale falling through (buyer issue) we really needed a quick sale. The estate agent (Lee) really listened to us and went above and beyond and managed to close sales and have everyone in for Christmas. He never lied to us throughout the process and did say it was very ambitious for the short turnaround but he advised every buyer of our expectations and when sale agreed there was no surprise’s for anyone. Fees were exactly as advertised and a fantastic job done by both Lee and Alex (customer care team).

I bought a property through Auctioneera and found everyone to be really helpful. The agent, Lee was very professional, friendly and informative. I met him at a couple of viewings. When it came to finalising the sale, he went out of his way to make sure things ran smoothly. Victor, Grace and everyone in the office were also very helpful and patient. As a buyer, the ability to see the offers on line made the process feel more transparent. The boxed off time frame with a date and time for final offers worked well. If you’re committed to buying a property you or someone who can bid on your behalf has to be available to make the final online offer as it can turn into a bidding war during the last half hour.

Buying our home was a great experience from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, with clear guidance and quick responses whenever we had questions. The process felt stress-free, and we were supported every step of the way. We are delighted with our new home and would happily recommend their services.
