Its always too easy to complain when things don't go well. But we all are silent when things go well. So I'm saying everything went well. I ordered some goods, and they were delivered as expected and worked well.

After two separate calls about having the router delivered to our current house prior to our move date. They still shipped it to the address we are moving to. New house has no one living there. So box I expect on doorstep waiting to be stolen or rained on. Not impressed.

Product received as stated in lots of protective packaging. All as expected and advertised.

Service was as described. My agent stayed in contact with regular phone calls.
It is a different approach to selling your home. What I personally really liked was how the seller is now empowered to manage their own viewings directly without the agent deciding if they are available too.

One example. I wished to view a property that was not with Purple Bricks, so needed to schedule with the sellers agent. The agent was not available at a time to suit me. I had to re-arrange my work schedule to make the viewing. When I attended it turns out the seller was very happy to accept viewing at my preferred time. It was the agent that actually got in the way as I didn't meet with their schedule availability.
