Rather fed up using the website, taking an age to fill out all the details, submit for payment and get told it’s not available. Annoying and a waste time

Very expensive cover which just rises every year. Have a look at their huge profits. Annoying. They have also put clauses in that really limit wear and tear, subsidence etc. a bit dishonest and doesn’t reflect the huge premium and increase this year despite no claims. Going else where. Great shame as they used to be good but value profit now over customer service.

Land Rover are APPALLING.Have had alot of cars and never have I experienced such bad customer service and so many breakdowns Will never ever go anywhere near these revolting money grabbing idiots again. Curry’s asked me to pay £149 for an inspection for repairs to our dryer after purchasing it only 16 months earlier “. Disgusting. They obviously don’t understand the consumer rights 2015 law which very clearly states that goods should last for a proper length of time and it doesn’t matter if warranty has expired. So Curry’s think their dryer machines should only last for 1.4 years. Sadly they are totally deluded and dishonest. Am going to the regulatory bodies and making an official complaint. They sent me one reply and then closed my complaint and now want me to start all over again. DO NOT USE THEM - will publish results shortly.
