Handy collections
This is such a handy method of delivery. Local collection point is at my favourite garage and is so convenient.
So far all the transactions have gone very smoothly both sending parcels and collecting at a time and place that suits my daily routine perfectly.

Happy SO customer
I have been a SO Energy customer for some years now. I usually take advantage of the fixed tariff offers and have been very satisfied with the rates these tariffs provide.
I like the SO website very much. I’m an elderly lady and I appreciate the simple way that I can submit my gas readings.
The statements for both gas and electric are clear and easy to read and I feel confident that I can compare my annual usage with other suppliers if necessary.

Great value
The plants are always well packaged - even the £1 pansies.
The hyacinths smell gorgeous!
It has been nice to buy sone totally different plants too. The quality and prices are great and the garden is looking wonderful!

Very useful
The Hive thermostat is so useful. Apart from being able to manage the heating through my phone it has excellent options for scheduling the heating.
I initially had the Hive wall mounted but recently I have used it to regulate the temperature by moving it to my room of choice.
