After looking into this, I can confirm that your order was delivered separately as one of the items was sold and dispatched by the range whereas the other items were sold and dispatched by different range plus suppliers. This would have been advised at the point of sale and I can only apologise if this was not clear.
Regarding your delivery charge, you'll only pay a single delivery cost for items from The Range, priced to match the largest or heaviest item. Delivery of items purchased from our trusted partners will be charged separately.
