Sort out the IT issues in the Everyone Active app
Wickford Pool and Leisure Centre has fabulous staff! I’ve been going to classes there for a long time and love it.
BUT I recently renewed my annual membership with 14 day booking option and can only ever get 7 day booking on the app. Front desk staff have been brilliant about booking manually and tried to get the problem sorted for me (apparently I’m not the only member with this problem) but this seems like a systems/head office issue.
I do wish senior management would support their hardworking staff.

I’ve bought a lot of bits and bibs from Mobile Fun over the years and always been very happy with the service and products.
Most recent purchases were 3 phone holders for Christmas presents. Speedy delivery of good quality items at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
