I was lucky…I couldn’t find this coat in my size anywhere else but here it was! It was sent off promptly. There was a slight delivery problem but Millbry sorted it out really quickly, and very friendly too. I was so grateful.
The coat is lovely too. Very pleased.

I love how this programme grows and grows. There was so much to learn but we we lead through with lots of tasks and explorations. The group chat was good too…supportive participants.

We’ve been eating ‘Zoe’ for a year before I joined (my husband joined earlier), so I was delighted to learn my microbiome is currently really excellent.
I found the blood glucose monitoring fascinating and informative and I now don’t even feel tempted to eat the UPF biscuits with my coffee when I’m out with friends (visions of the sugar spike!)
I know now to spread out fat eating more evenly and stick to high quality fats. (Another UPF factor plus type of meat etc)
I love the way the app opens up more as you progress through the process.
The online support (from real people ) is excellent, and there is so much to try out and learn. We’ve definitely changed our habits, and I know which foods bring me down. I’ll be very interested to see if I can reduce the bad guys and/or increase the good guys in my gut after 4 months. I thought I was well informed about diet but I had some surprises, including how often articles in magazines omit or fudge important elements of the microbiome/health/effect on the body study.

James was very helpful with my query about sensor disposal.

I buy lots of books from you. The most recent (delivered today) was a children’s book described as being in very good condition. Turned out to be an ex school library book, complete with date label and school stamps. The cover was a bit battered too. This is not what I would consider to be ‘very good’. Feel a bit let down.

This online space is proving to be the best thing I’ve spent money on for my dog. We’ve had several one-to-one trainers who weren’t so helpful but the information here and the value it gives is amazing. Also the fun!
And my dog is steadily getting less explosive 😊

My dog loves this food. I’m mixing it at the moment as he’s still young (7 months) but I like to have the option of reducing his impact on the planet.

My book was sold as good but many pages have been highlighted by somebody studying the text. It wasn’t checked carefully enough. The cover is neat and clean but inside it’s got a lot of highlighting.
