Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever. Ordered a next day service, paid, including insurance… and DHL did not show to collect at the agreed time the following day, waited until late to reach a useless customer service… answers maybe in 1-2 working days!
Ask a refund to chase an alternative… they either give a ‘credit’ or it will take up to 7 working days (what ?) but my money was on their account a few seconds after my payment! Why so hard to do the same on a refund? Parcel2Go… to avoid! Deal directly with courier why use a useless third part?
