Order Now for Delivery in 2028!
We ordered a new bed for our daughter in early November. We were told delivery would be 4-6 weeks, so it was our intention that the bed would be our daughter's Christmas present.
This was our daughter's first bed, so was particularly special. She was outgrowing her cot and was so excited to have a new "big girl" bed.
The bed has just been delivered, over 4 months after ordering. Our daughter has had to sleep on a mattress on the floor for the last 2 months as she was climbing out of her cot and so it was no longer safe.
Communication has been extremely poor. Only when my husband asked for a full refund did the company eventually take our complaint seriously. They did upgrade the mattress free of charge, but this did not really compensate for the inconvenience and stress this company has caused.
I do not recommend ordering from The Bed Kingdom and we certainly will not be using them again!
