Order made with Argos. Several items missing, bag opened and delivery note missing. What anyone else would want with coffee machine solution is beyond me. But not happy and Argos are just as useless.

What can I say about Wowcher as a company. Well I'd rather let zombies loose on my brain while alert rather than ever deal with them again. Garden set took 3 weeks to arrive post delivery date. Customer service in the loosest sense of the word (as training seems to be ludicrously null and void) happens via WhatsApp. You might get lucky with an email, but you will have to sacrifice a goat to get it and the incompetence is truly a sight to behold if you weren't in the thick of it.

To say they will rub your last nerve with repetitive questions that have already been answered and stock responses that achieve nothing is an understatement, I've had better conversations with 4 year olds if I'm truly being honest. They do not read what you write and clearly do not care that they sell cheap rubbish that will fall apart if you dare look at it. I get it, every one needs a job but there are better places to sell your soul to. Because If you are not willing to fight for what is legally yours (Trading Standards take note you would have a field day with this company).

They will willingly and knowingly leave you considerably out of pocket. As there are no updates and everything is left to you to chase. Even the official email to say refund was on its way took two hours to arrive from WhatsApp confirming! So 2 months later and a little battle scarred. if you take one thing away from this review it is never ever buy anything from them. It's just not worth it.

Awful! if I could do 0 stars to write something, I would. Received a dangerously loose lidded cafetiere and it's been weeks of back and forth. Someone in the company obviously hasn't read their own 30 day returns policy. The convoluted must have a returns label or you lose 50% is also completely over the top. Don't ever buy from this company, it's not worth your sanity!

easy website to use, good delivery. Still have a problem but nothing another fogger won't sort.
