Price compared well against RAC (previous insurer) but website misleading as it appears to include breakdown cover though that choice only pops up when going further into teh quote. It is also tricky to see the final quote as only the new payment amount is shown.

The proof of the pudding is how it handles any calls for help with a breakdown or claim.

Assembly was quoted as "up to 30 mins" - it took me that long to empty the box, match the pieces and read the instructions! Assembly was spread over 3 days but everything fitted well except the drawers which, although similar, need to be fitted as per the drawings. Lots of spares included but the allennkey could be longer to help fix the plates with less pressure on the thumb. Very pleased with end result and a great price (unless you include my labour charge!

When you think of prompt deliveries, you'll think of Amazon but I have news; a "Ghost" bathroom scale not in stock was available (collected or delivered) the very next day. Well done Dyas! 5 Star service.

Good prices, help with cabin selection and speedy response.

We are delighted with our new VINTAGE drive, path, steps and low wall. They are not the cheapest around but were very professional (always here by 8 a.m.), courteous, tidy and, most importantly, understood the "look" that we were trying to achieve.

The drive has had many approving comments from the many people that pass our property, one of whom asked for details for his upcoming project.

The company clearly believes that everyone has a mobile phone!

The form could be more user-friendly: for example, On reviewing, I wanted to add a 6th specified item but was unable. Simple things like dates and sort code numbers and post codes should move automatically to the next box once the required number of digits is in place.

Initial price on website somewhat misleading as sensible requirements are all add-ons.

Could be more transparent and show their claims percentage paid.
