I disliked having to go through an extra identity check after buying my insurance.

We were with AA last year and it would have been so simple to carry on, but no the policy was virtually doubled. Back to the drawing board and lo and behold I have once again chosen AA. Don't know why because you are so annoying, why not reward loyalty, instead of taking the proverbial Micky. I really wish I had moved to another company.
Customer service also bad. I was promised my details via email in 24 hours it never arrived.

simple straight forward.. well explained all ...easy to understand... choice of three categories of insurance. Overall fully satisfied with the website.

Very helpful person on the phone. As it is a new car and the registration was not found, I could not use the online service sorry I can't remember his name but couldn't have managed without his help.

Answering the initial telephone enquiry was poor. I was in a queue for approximately 20 minutes. The call handler was courteous ad helpful once I got through but the wait (and the awful repetitive music track) was not a pleasant experience.

The Gentleman who we spoke to was very helpful and he made it easy for us to understand our policy.He was very polite and friendly.

The AA product allowed me to buy the best value option in a clear and simple process.

I was doing a house content but at some point I found I was being asked about my car which has nothing to do with house content but the form would not let me pass this point so I came out of it but would not get back to what I was doing but no it was on about my car so I left it went back to it but that had not got any way in to it I asked for a copy and did it again
