The process was fractured , the collection once arranged was ok . Swift payment. Was not impressed to be asked if I was going to look after the driver.
Once money transferred asked again if was going to look after him.
I prefer the option of choosing to tip or not .
Also turned up with no trade plates which surprised me .
As transfer of ownership no tax .
Would I sell again to Motorway yes I think I would .

We take accusations of poor conduct very seriously and have since spoken with the third party transport provider that was assigned to your collection to provide them with additional feedback.

This has now been escalated internally so please rest assured that we will be keeping an eye on their future bookings to monitor for any repeat issues, and if a pattern of poor conduct emerges that falls below the standards we expect from our third party providers we will take appropriate action against them to ensure that similar issues are not repeated moving forward.
