Delivered to wrong address

Delivered to wrong address. Postcode is correct on delivery note. Person at the address tried to stop the driver to tell him and the driver drove past him. Im currently on the phone to DHL

Wrong order sent!

Wrong order sent!. These are for Christmas but replacement won't arrive in time!

If I could give 0 stars I would. One saga after another at the Fiat garage, Seafield Road. Emaild complaint sent yesterday and another getting sent today

Go elsewhere for a hire car

When you hire a car from here you give you're bank details, in case there's any speeding tickets etc.,. I received a "do not reply " email stating that I had 5 parking fines, (this is my work car park which is maintained by a company). Enterprise withdrew £175 from my bank account, they are now not replying to my emails, a cancellation letter has been sent to them, but it can take up to 8 weeks for me to be refunded. I'm a single parent and I am now having to ask my parents for money for bills etc
