Citroen aftercare is shocking. My car has been on recall 6 months, been marked as repaired when it isn’t and had my complaints all ignored by Citroen!!

Used purple parking at Gatwick, returned after a week to find they had to jumpstart my car, this was due to them leaving my radio on FULL VOLUME for a week. I turned my radio off manually before I left my car to avoid this problem yet they’d turnt it all on and not turned it off again before parking.

My milage trip had also been reset obviously to hide milage as I had a quarter of a tank of fuel missing also. My average MPG was also at rock bottom showing they’d driven my vehicle with absolutely no respect and were obviously driving the vehicle dangerously/speeding to make a diesel family car this uneconomical.

Cherry on the cake was I now have an engine management warning light on my vehicle. I have sent a formal complaint to them but am yet to hear anything back.

Ordered a seamless unitard cost £28 so I expected very good quality.
I wore the outfit for literally 4-5 hours and it tore along a seam and then laddered. Making it unwearable unless I’d like my bottom on show…
I was told I couldn’t have a refund or exchange as I’d removed the labels and could’ve worn it for ‘days’. (As if that would be acceptable).
Even if this was the case… clothes that cost this much should last much longer than ‘days’.
I was offered a £10 gift card for this. Not sure what that’s supposed to do as I wouldn’t order from this SCAM of a company again.
Can afford to send £100s of items to influencers but completely refuses to send replacements for faulty items. It really shows where the priorities of this company lie.

The customer care assistant I spoke to was incredibly polite and helpful and got me through my queries and changes to my policy quickly!
