Straightforward takeover from the Post Office Card
All works well, good features, very easy site.
The features related to using the card outside the UK are particularly valuable and appreciated. Much used on a trip to Paris.

The product does seem to have helped our dogs. when they stand up they don't display stiffness as they used to, and they are pretty perky.
The office staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, but the website needs some attention.

For the third time in five years my gas meter needs replacing. Two visits by engineers have not produced a replacement yet. In the meantime, the calculation of the bill is based on estimates based on estimates. This compounded by errors in theCoOp incorrectly entering my FIT readings.
You got two stars because the people who deal with me are decent and courteous and the company tries to be ethical.
