Very very bad experience

Very very bad experience. First the bus refused to take us as it was full, second was full and we could not seat, and we waited 40 minutes at a stop when finally the bus arrived and the driver told us it was too late. The schedule on the website is not correct. The explanations are poor.
Last time with citysightseeing !!
