Goods were for a Christmas present and delivered on time and in good condition. Driver was pleasant and professional.

Ordered a 10.5 king size cover less duvet, was wary about putting it in my 8kg washing machine but it did fit just. Washed ok but once it was tumbled the filling started to come out through the cover in places and got tangled together causing the machine to fill with fluff. It did seem rather odd. Saying that the duvet is really comfortable to sleep under and I will be buying more, just won’t tumble.

The insoles are very comfortable and take a lot of pressure off my heels, thank you a very good product.

From start to finish my experience was first rate. I was kept informed all the way, my mattresses was delivered when expected and I am very pleased with the product. I would recommend this company.
