I've purchased a few items now and each time i've had huge delays before they ship the item. Originally they took weeks to even ship the item, and when I enquired, they said they were on holiday so I'd have to wait. I thought it might have been courteous to at least inform your customers of a wait time and if that was the case i'd been fine. So I gave them a bad review stating this was the issue with shipment.

I then purchased other items and they only sent 1 of the 2 I ordered. I once again enquired why - they said it was a mistake, and I would have to re-order... and they expected me to pay the shipping AGAIN!? After complaining that sending 1/2 my order isn't my fault - they agreed and shared a free shipping code.

Before they re-sent - the owner 'Abdel Bouria' found my original review and essentially bribed me to remove the remove or they would not send my order (which I had paid for). As I desperately needed the parts, I agreed so I could get my parts that I had paid for.

Today, I felt it necessary to shine a light on the dodgy practises of this business and warn others ahead that if you face issues expect the same to happen to you. A very frustrating experience. I've never had a store threaten not to send an order due to a bad review which I think was MORE than justified in this case.

Really poor experience
Wrong items arrived - they said they would swap and still waiting 3 weeks later and now not responding to my emails!

Have worked with Andrew for several years now and his attention to detail and responsiveness is second to none. Very trustworthy and filled us in every step of the way through the pre-sale and post sale process. His knowledge of the inner city suburbs is also superb and a great benefit to have when embarking on a sale or purchasing a property.
