I ordered a lovely piece.
When it arrived it was broken.
I sent photos and asked for advice but haven't had a response.
As I said - lovely piece but disappointing service

Thank you for your review, and we’re very sorry to hear that your item arrived damaged — we understand how disappointing that must have been.
We were closed for our festive break from 24th December to 5th January, as clearly stated on our website. All messages received during this period have since been responded to, so we’re sorry if there has been any delay from your perspective.

The staff were very friendly but my order hadn't arrived on time (came in the next day) which was very inconvenient. I expected at least an apology, maybe even a little discount but neither was forthcoming, just an explanation of an incompetent online booking system!!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, I apologise that you feel that the equipment was not ready on time.
I have looked at your original online order and the contract raised and can see this was reserved for 21.08.19 in the afternoon and according to the contract was collected on 21.08.19, if this was not the case please can you email onlinesupport@hss.com to advise on the correct details and i will have this looked into for you.
