After being with sky for many years and…
After being with sky for many years and deciding to leave due to ridiculous price rises we have had nothing but a nightmare! money being taken from accounts without authorisation, promising refunds several times then not refunding, promising to remove account details then taking more money causing debt, complaint raised with no response at all! Even when you try to leave they harass you and still take your money, dont go near them
I Have made several phone calls and spent hours on the phone, been promised calls back I’ve never received so there is no point following the links.

I’m sorry to read about your experience. You should never have money taken without authorisation, be promised refunds that don’t arrive, or be left without any response to a complaint. Order placed on the 1st December and…
Order placed on the 1st December and did not arrive until 28th December. Appalling service over the Christmas period and upset people left without gifts

I had an extra charge out on my account by accident. Joe the call handler was extremely helpful, spent a long time helping me understand and sorting out my refund, well done Joe, an asset to the on the beach team, he needs a promotion 😁

Disgusting non existent service
Disgusting non existent service! DO NOT USE. Gifts never delivered, robot reply from customer service which you can’t actually speak to a person, decided to refund without asking me which took 2 weeks to come back. Their email complaints is pissedcustomer, I assumed this was a joke but my son had the same thing. Dont waste your time
