I've had a few very negative issues with my new contact lens reward scheme. I don't want to go into any detail really, however, I was close to cancelling the agreement, but, after speaking with Basia at the Trinity Leeds store I feel I got to speak with a genuine helpful person that has hopefully managed to resolve the issues and put my faith in Boots opticians again.
