Because I haven't got a answer to question about prices going up by £20 a month.

Hi Wendy,

We would only change your DD to ensure you are paying for what you use and to take into account the usage the whole year round, this stops any nasty bills over the winter where two thirds of your annual usage is consumed.

We are always happy to review your direct debit, please make sure you supply us with regular meter reads to allow us to bill you accurately.
