These guys are great. I placed an order for a number of different drinks including a couple of bottles of a Signature Chablis. The order was accepted but the next day I got a call to say that due to a computer stocking error, there was only one bottle in stock. Instead they offered me a bottle of the more expensive CRU (£9 more) for the same price. The order arrived the next day. Cannot fault this company and will definitely use again,

What a fantastic service.Ordered the Blade beer machine (out of stock most places) on Wednesday evening and it was delivered Friday morning 8.10 am.The packaging was out of this world for protecting the machine during transit. Excellent communication and a credit to online shopping given a recent experience elsewhere.

I made an order of 12 Newcastle Brown Ale. When it arrived 3 bottles were missing and 3 were opened slightly causing a leak. After sending an email, Adam in customer services called me 1 hour later. He asked ne how I wanted to proceed and offered me a refund on the 6 bottles. He was so polite and friendly, it would not put me off from ordering again. Adam explained to me that the courier must have damaged and repackage. He was deeply apologetic and made the experience seamless.

Just had my first order delivered #5964 in perfect condition very well packaged next day as they say too perfect all round will be ordering again cheers guys.

My order didn't get delivered in one shipment as expected, and when I got the second part, the courier had broken some bottles and repacked the order. I didn't receive the rest of my order and contacted Homedrinks. They could not have been more helpful and they organised a replacement for my undelivered drinks. I was very impressed with their customer service and would highly recommend this company.

Ordered Bacardi Oakheart. Chose to buy from this site as it had the exact bottle I needed for a gift. When it arrived it was the standard Oakheart bottle I could have purchased much cheaper on another site. When asked I was told the photo was old and got an apology. When asked about the price difference I was ignored. Not heard from them since 21st November.

Easy to use website. Managed to buy the special vodka I was looking for and at a discounted price! Arrived quickly and extremely well packaged in the post too. Will definitely be using this company again.

I placed my order for some lovely Crossbay Beer via the website with no fuss at all, easy to select the products that I wanted. As I live local to Homedrinks I was eligible for the free same day delivery. Order placed at 10am, by 1pm the order had been delivered and was sitting nicely in my fridge waiting to be drank. How can it be any better than that?
