It has been an excellent year discovering Minerva Exclusive patterns! In the past I have had disasters in attempting to make dresses and trousers, that I cannot believe how easy the patterns are to follow, with full instructions if needed, and how well the items fit. It is easy to make adjustments to sleeve length, neckline or to add pockets, etc. and, if in doubt, there is always a video or two to assist. Also, it’s great to see what other makers have made and which type of fabric they have used for best effect.

The fabric choice is extensive and Minerva Exclusive and Core ranges are all good quality fabrics. Of course, the Print-on-Demand fabrics take longer to arrive so it is best to be prepared and plan ahead if choosing these. They are well worth the wait and look superb!

Dacombes offers an excellent and efficient service from ordering a washing machine in the shop to the arrival of Ed and Joe with the new machine. The fitters were pleasant, competent men who carefully replaced our old integrated machine and refitted the door to the new hinges that were in a different place to previous. I was given an explanation as to how the machine works and am very pleased with the new machine and the customer service.

The leaf blower / vacuum arrived as stated within seven days and I soon fitted it together, recharged the batteries and as promised it worked!

The items were delivered quickly and were as described. The fountain works very well and is even better with the recommended extension cable.

I ordered a set of glasses, cocktail shaker and measure. Delivery was very quick but unfortunately one of the glasses arrived shattered. Also, despite trying everything I could think of and searching YouTube was unable to prise the top from the shaker. I emailed with a photo and promptly received a reply. Replacements arrived within two days. It's very good service, sad the glass was broken but means a lot to have a pleasant response and replacements. All set now for an Espresso Martini Christmas!! I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Quick delivery and quality bird seeds, nuts, suet and fat balls/blocks. No complaints from the variety of bird visitors to our seed holders. Had to order extra holders to accommodate them all as there was a significant increase!
