We bought a cruise through sea scanner and were very happy with it. Their customer service was good, in particular Aimee who we dealt with a couple of times was very good.

This is without doubt the best way to send and receive parcels. You get an email telling you it’s arrived and the locker is right by my house near enough. You’ve got like 3 days to collect it so can do it whenever is good for you. You don’t have to sit at home waiting all day for a delivery driver that never comes or just gives your parcel to someone else haha

We went in wanting to small the new Prada perfume and from the moment we stepped in, Lucy was the most helpful sales assistant we’ve ever come across. She gave us testers of the one we wanted and when we instantly decided it wasn’t for us, she asked about what we usually like and made recommendations, showing us testers again and explaining everything. We ended up signing up to their loyalty scheme and not only bought me one, but my husband got one too! All thanks to her and her attitude.

The booking process was very easy. Phil was earlier than expected which was a good sign. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me some valuable advice for the future and was very polite and friendly. Would definitely use again and recommend.
