A really good website and good prices. The team seem knowledgable when you have to call them as well however, I have opted for their pay monthly service which has not gone well. I have had to call them three times to discuss my booking and everytime I have been reassured that I will hear by a certain date or that the payment will be taken correctly next month but it hasnât and I never hear from them :(
Requested a price match and i recieved no response whilst prices went up. I booked the cruise at a higher price and then they responded 30 minutes after purchase essentially taunting me, responding with that they saw i purchased a cruise already.
When i responded that i only purchased the cruise because it took so long for them to respond to the request, they basically said they wouldn't of price matched anyway because they needed a screenshot.
Something that would of been impossible to acquire as all the prices had gone up since i contacted them and there was no mention of this beforehand.
I'll take this as a lesson learned and won't be waiting for any more price matches. I would not reccomend dealing with Seascanner or any of its affiliates such as Cruise.co.uk or Hays Travel in future.
Booked online. It was quick and easy and great value for money. Had drinks package at a reduced rate and extra bonus for St Patrick's day.

Booked through seascanners rather than Ambassadors directly as offered free parking, however, this did not happen and ended up paying. Tried to resolve and find out how to obtain free parking however seascanners were difficult to get hold of. A friend had similar problem with free coach although his problem was rectified.
I am very disappointed with Seascannerâs handling of my MSC booking. As a Diamond member, I have experienced repeated pricing inconsistencies since November 2025.
After my membership discount was applied, the booking total differed from the website price by £2. Although this raised concerns, I chose not to pursue it further in good faith, as the amount was minor.
The more serious issue arose with the internet package. I was provided with an official written quote of £136.72, but was repeatedly told by the agent that this was a âper personâ price rather than a package price. This explanation later proved to be incorrect and prevented me from booking the package at that time.
When I later discovered via MSC that the internet package is sold per package, the price had increased by approximately 33%. Seascanner has since stated that they cannot honor the original quoted price and advised me to wait 3â5 weeks for a review.
I am sharing this experience to highlight the importance of clear and accurate pricing information, especially when customers are making timeâsensitive decisions.
Booking was easy using website, then found out Iâd made an error on info, Shannon was so helpful, sorted out that issue, booked our parking and got our cabin moved.
