These are one individual scamming outfit they advertised cheese hamper for £9-95 did not receive instead took £57 out of my account without my permission they said they gave time for cancellation they did not no refund my keep well clear they are the most arrogant useless unhelpful SCAMMERS you will find they done me I hope this will keep you safe

The last 3 years we have trouble getting warm home discount we had no trouble with Scottish Power I was told we would Receive it i filled 19/20 Application Form letter from you saying could not be Verified my cercemstance have not changed I have E Mailed you the proof the letter I received from you was addressed to. Miss Peter the address should have Read MR Peter I get very frustrated with this matter every year Very Poor Service am 75 years old and Disabled my wife receives Attendance Allowances she is 76 and in poor health

I do apologise to hear this. This year, we have asked every applicant who applies to provide verification, this is due to the process changing slightly, and to ensure we are as accurate as possible in awarding the scheme to those eligible.
