Very upset. My grandsons pig arrived damaged. Replacement arrived damaged and Tilly pig were not interested in doing anything about it......clearly there is an issue with the harry potter style. So I spent full price and have 2 damaged pigs. Not happy at all. Very poor customer service

Absolutely awful service. I opened my door to my courier stuffing my parcel back in the box......half my parcel did not arrive......no reply from my email to the range. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

Worst experience ever.
Booked my daughter a 30th birthday treat to Disney in Paris and the online staff were rude unfriendly and it was the worst experience of my life.
Even the manager was rude when emailing me......
I will never ever book with them again and I would advise anyone not to book online......I can't speak for the shops but online booking I do not recommend. It was like booking a dental appointment just awful

If I could give minus stars I would. I ordered cosmetic stands and only one arrived. 5 emails later and still no reply. Awful awful customer service. Used to love Debenhams but will never use again

My name is Simone and my daughter and I have just returned from Krakow which was a gift from me to my daughter for her 30th birthday. What can I say Kaya was amazing from start to finish she was incredible. The hotel was perfect the tour perfect travel arrangements perfect. I suffer with anxiety but she was so patient and understanding even if I was panicking.
All I can say is Kaya was amazing and for anyone out there looking to book a shirt break or long haul contact Kaya at Travelpedia she is my opinion 100 percent the best

OMG do not go near them. My order didn't arrive customer service shocking just say the same thing over and over almost like it's automated. Order never arrived even though was told it's on priority. Finally got a refund. Awful experience
