Very quick delivery service but would have been safer if the out on delivery email had been sent to me as promised. Luckily i was in for the deluvery.

Good range and mostly quality and value especially Aldi price match. Prices going up and number of personal Nectar prices / points offers have halved or more recently. Stock issues can irritate but overall a good supermarket which is my main store.

Very quick process and delivery next day on time. Good quality fair priced skirt, which was on sale so good value. Only critism is the size varies slightly between garments and this one is an inch and a half narrower than an identical one purchased earlier - luckily still OK for me.

When I started a new fix today I realised that a better one had been launched since I secured that one. I emailed to request the new better deal and amazingly on the same day Daniel C emailed me to confirm he had organised the further switch from tomorrow! The speediest service from an energy company and a polite & intelligible email with no form filling needed. Great service.

prices are rising rapidly before the new National Insurance costs by far more than inflation often well over 10%.
Some products are good quality other not so much. Aldi Price match is useful as are the Nectar schemes as long as you can participate in them.

Great offer on a favourite perfume gift set. Emailed when in stock as promised and used free click and collect at Waitrose.

Like the store location & parking. Aldi price match is useful. Wide range of products. Nectar Prices, Smart Shop Prices & Nectar Points Offers can be a boost to value for money but full prices vary in value.
Issues are low stock availability especially in Fruit & Veg and Dairy & the Freezer Section - (e.g. no 2l Semi Sinned Filter Milk for last 3 shops 2 of which I had offer prices for!).

I saw an item I would use in the reduced section at a good price and it was easy to purchase in store, they traced me by postcode as I had not planned to visit so no card with me.

I have recently subscribed to both Good Housekeeping & Prima and enjoyed getting the magazines at home at a special price. However I have found that I spend less & less time reading them as so much (prima in particular) celebrity & fashion at exorbitant prices does not interest me. The Financial sections are the best and product reviews. I really do not need to see several pages covered with photos of the same celebrity in flattering soft focus stances. Also the food is unrealistic for today's economic climate and my lifestyle and far too many ingedients especially herbs & spices etc. I have not renewed my subscriptions due to the price increases.

Hotter Shoes are great quality & I am a regular purchaser. Their service is normally fast and reliable.
2 of my last 3 orders were despatched & delivered before the standard targets the other middle one too just over so I assume they were very busy with their sale.
Royal Mail delivery is great and the tracking & messages very useful.
My criticism is that the sale prices seem to go up & down, especially the extra discounts and free delivery option vary sometimes from day to day & if tempted to look again you may find you paid more than could now however you run the risk of them selling out of your preferred choice and size/fit so its a balancing act. Its worth shopping their sales if you are addicted to Hotter like me & like to have a wide selection of colours etc.

I am still in the process of switching but the intial responses to my application were very prompt and simple, I submitted my initial meter readings some time ago but they are still not showing on the BG web site, despite their collecting my first direct debit. hence just average review at the moment.
