Complete scam, DO NOT entertain any meetings with anyone involved with Sand & Sea, or Hotel Los Olivos, Costa Areca, Tenerife. They get you into the hotel by giving you a scratch card outside of the hotel, they tell you you have won something (you haven’t), they trap you into meetings that take hours out of your holiday whilst they try to force sell you two weeks of holidays at Los Olivos in supposed Gold Standard Apartments. If you fall for it like we did, you will be very sorry. We got our 1st weeks holiday, the apartment balcony was terrible, we got the roof balcony but we could not see anything of value. We were harassed into taking another meeting where they tried to sell even more weeks and we kept saying no, not interested. They appeared to accept it until the next day, the boss wanted to meet us yet again??? , we said no!!! We was on holiday to relax, not to be pressured into spending more money. When we got back home, we decided to book our second week and this is what they said.

“As you are aware, you purchased our promotional holiday package which entitles you to 7 days of accommodation at Los Olivos Beach Resort, plus 1 additional week of prepaid accommodation, which was gifted as an incentive for you to holiday at our resort.

These prepaid week is available to you via 7Across, who have a large inventory of worldwide resorts available.

Once activated, the accommodation voucher is valid for 12 months, so please confirm if you wish me to activate the voucher and I shall do so directly.

LET ME SAY RIGHT NOW, THIS IS A LIE, THIS IS NOT WHAT THEY SOLD US, THEY SOLD US TWO SEPERATE WEEKS AT LOS OLIVOS AND THAT IS WHAT WE PAID FOR. THEY ARE NOW SAYING WE GET A VOUCHER FOR SOME RANDOM HOLIDAY COMPANY, IN GOD KNOWS WHERE.

My dogs are very fussy but they are never fussy when I put AATU in front of them. They love it. It’s not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.

I’ve had a pension since 2019 with PensionBee and am reaching 55 years of age. I’ve just checked how much money my pension has made since 2019 and it was less than £1000 (I have been checking regularly) . I would not recommend them, if you’re thinking of transferring your pensions to them. I made a mistake, I don’t want anyone else to make the same mistake.

They said they would investigate and get back to me. Guess what, they never did. DO NOT USE.

Efficient service, fast payment.

It is very rare these days to come across someone who actually care about customer experience. The gentleman (Tristan) that I have just spoken too was fabulous. Very clear and concise. Also, very knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised with his positive attitude and empathetic nature. Brilliant.

Ordered 3 items, website said 3 -5 days for arrival, they never arrived. Emailed them several times and used the chat webbot, no response. SCAMMERS

Absolutely superb customer experience from Lesley Towndrow at Nottingham. We love our new purchase and Lesley could not have been more accommodating.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish. I placed the order late at night and received all items by lunch the next day. I ordered leggings, leggings and boot cut trousers and all of them fit perfectly. I will not buy my leggings from anywhere else from now on.

The delivery time was excellent and as promised. The item was as expected but the gift packaging let it down big time. Took the shine off the beautiful jewellery, makes it look cheap. I had to go out and find something more luxurious. Not sure if Watch-shop or Ralph Lauren provided the gift packaging but either way, big improvements are required.

We have not even been on our holiday yet and we are already very disappointed with the attitude of the customer service at Hoseasons, both by chat and on the phone. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Following a very disappointing conversation, I told Hoseasons that I would never book with them again, and they said “Ok, up to you. Never, ever again!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬

I purchased a policy for my son’s benefit in the event of my death. After the conversation with Emma, I trusted that the information that I was given was just what I had been looking for. The cost was surprisingly lower than expected. It was a very easy process and now I have piece of mind that my son will have some money in the event of my death. The policy that I chose will last until I am 85 but that was my choice.

I echo all the negative comments. This company is a sham. I received my curtains two months late. They are the wrong size. they have been thrown together. The stitching is appalling. They curl up, they do not hang straight. They do not even meet in the middle so you cannot see the images that are meant to match. Absolutely shocking.

Excellent service, easy and really quick. The funds appears in our account on the same day.

Super quick and easy to obtain car insurance. Great price too and this included all the necessary extras. Was almost £30 per moth cheaper than my last car insurance company.
