Worst customer service absolutely useless no one seems to know anything I wonder how some people gains jobs they have so many departments for foolishness wouldn't even give them a star but you have to leave a comment

Not a good company there claims teams is absolutely useless they have a manager name adi now I see why his team is useless as he doesn't even know what he is doing they have had a non fault claim open for over a year and a half and for past 6 months I have been calling every day still no results. They said they was sending a final notice 3 months ago and only today they filed one they I have ask me to resend in my pictures if I was you I will not insure with this company waste of money waste of time just look at their bad reviews the claims department needs new management asap by the way I've filed numerous complaints months ago and all of them are still under investigation stop letting your a.i. bot talk please do what you are paid to do thank you

Wouldnt even give o2 a star worst mobile provider by far charges customer 15 pound to re connect to their services I ended up cancelling 3 contract with them based on this nobody should have to pay this
it's disgusting for example if you miss you payment you will be charged 6 pound also 15 pound charge to re connect your services which a total of 21 pound plus your bill money do you think this is acceptable please leave comment let's scrap o2 and companies like this thieves #scrapo2

Worst company to send parcels with I would advised anyone sending parcel not to use this courier if you want a fast service use some body esle

Personally I wouldn't even give them a star it is the worst company any insurance can give you to work with their service is shocking and the company is disorganised poor management and communication skills auxillis deserve -10 stars rubbish company

S**t comany worst service ever!!!👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 made a order on the 29th November on the 5th of December i started to chased this order didn't get a txt email nothing the cheek of this novice customer service peasant about your order hasn't been pick yet there nothing we can do but as a gd will gesture we give you 10% off your next order the cheek of this tramp i phoned you for my order not for discount 5 working days still not pick and pack 6th December they cancelled the order its taken them 6 days to figure out the trainer not in stock now 3 to 5 working days to refund my money back nearly 13 day for nothing the most they can offer me is 10% and a sorry well sorry not good enough s**t service s**t store s**t company don't shop at jd worse store in britain 1st time ordering never again look at there reviews over 80% bad reviews tells you a lot about a company shocking !!!!
