I purchased Trespass Women's Softshell Jacket Hooded Kristen on 24/12/2025 - Order confirmation number #1002919173 only to receive an email on 26/12/2025 to say I had returned it. I had not even received the coat, so how could I return it, especially over Christmas when Post Offices were shut! The coat is still for sale on your website and I emailed you on 28/12/2025 to ask why the coat I purchased was never dispatched, despite it still showing in stock in my size on the website. I received no answer or apology. I have received a refund of £36.99 however the coat with delivery cost me £42.94 even though I NEVER received the coat to physically post back. So I have lost £5.95!!!! Disappointed and would like my £5.95 refunded and an apology please or allow me to purchase the coat that I wanted for £36.99 and I will remove this review.

I did have to return one item (I didn't suit the trousers) but I was refunded promptly after an easy returns process using Royal Mail, who collect the return parcel from your house! Would recommend and will buy again!
