My flights have been cancelled by the airline, and I'm having to fight really hard to get a refund.
Reasons change daily.
Jeramel has just called me from customer services at 1am to say my flights have been rebooked, then hung up on me when questioned.
What kind of customer services calls their clients at 1 o'clock in the morning?!

Terrible service.
Wizz air have cancelled the flights I booked via trip.com
Trip have refunded the cheaper, inbound flight, but are refusing to refund the outbound journey.
Now I'm unable to call customer services and am stuck in an unhelpful AI loop.
I definitely won't be using them again.

Vinted is an excellent platform for buying and selling UNTIL something goes wrong.
If something gets lost or damaged in transit, trying to get any kind of help through Vinted itself is practically impossible.
Expect to lose out as both buyer or seller.
They never accept that the courier is at fault.
You pay a Buyer Protection fee with every purchase, but when you need help, Vinted themselves are an absolute joke.
That said, the community of Vinted users are bloody brilliant and the majority of times when something goes wrong, I've been able to find a solution with the other party.
Vinted are minted on other's misfortune sadly.

Luxury price point, standard level products, Super slow postage and TERRIBLE customer service.
Do not recommend.

Really pleased with my fancy new shower screen.
It arrived really quickly with no hassle and was incredibly well wrapped

I've had an excellent experience with these guys.
Had great service in the Swansea store with Stephen, who answered all my questions, took my order and set up delivery.
I called a week later, as needed to change delivery date and that was done, no problem at all.
The delivery driver was punctual and very friendly.
Would definitely recommend these guys.

Best prices I could find online, super quick postage, well wrapped and, when asked about the returns policy (bought something I didn't like) they got back to me in minutes and sorted it all out for me there and then.

I ordered a full, matching dining set of crockery and cups.
Rinkit were selling it so much cheaper than anywhere else, I honestly thought it was a scam 😳
I checked their reviews on here and turns out , they were rated very highly.
My crockery arrived the following day, via DPD, and out of the entire set, only 3 items arrived chipped.
I called Evie at customer services, and she was incredibly helpful, professional and polite and has reordered the damaged items to be sent with their next shipment
I'm very impressed indeed with Rinkit, often a small problem can highlight exactly what sort of company you're dealing with and the customer service I received was second to none.
Highly recommend shopping with Rinkit.

I wanted to leave another review after completion of treatment, I guess part of me was sceptical that because the price was so much lower than others on the market, that possibly the treatment might not live up to my expectations...
I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG!
Treatment has been painful at times, I won't lie to you and I'm generally very fearful of dentists and anything tooth related.
However, I was desperate to realign my front teeth after taking a knock and Smileie were the company I chose.
Sam, has overseen my treatment from the very start, if ever I've had a question, comment or concern throughout, I've dropped him a line and received a cheery, friendly and knowledgeable response within a couple of hours.
When my first impressions weren't done quite right, he arranged a video call with a dentist, who walked me through it, step by step, even showing me how to do it, by popping the blue trays in her own mouth and looking as ridiculous as I did! She was ever so reassuring.
I was sent a set of 11 aligners and 2 retainers, told to change them every 15 days and send in photo of my progress.
I've stuck rigourously to the regime, changing my aligners overnight every 15 days, with a couple of paracetamol to ease the discomfort.
Now I've reached the end of treatment, my teeth look so much straighter, it's unbelievable.
I still have a slight gap between my teeth and as soon as I pointed this out To Sam, my wonderful assistant, they booked me another appointment with the dentist straight away, the appointment was made on Thursday for the following Monday.
The service and care I have received from Sam and Smileie is genuinely second to none. I'm so pleased I chose this company over some of the bigger and better known on the market. There's no way I would've had such a personal approach and so much genuine care from another company.
I can't sing Sam's praises and thanks highly enough, they've been an absolute angel with the service they've given. I've felt genuinely cared about and for and I'm incredibly pleased with the results delivered
Everything I was offered at my initial appointment has been delivered with whistles and bells on.
I can't praise this company higher.
If you're thinking about getting aligners, then Smileie are the very best around.

I absolutely LOVE my Popur litter box!
The device itself is fantastic, I did quite a bit of research before purchasing, read and watched loads of reviews
The Popur seemed to be the relatively new kid on the block, but the price was so competitive compared to others on the market, I thought I had to give it a try.
It arrived within a couple of days and I'm pleased to report I haven't scooped a poop since!!!
I have 5 cats using the box and all of them took to it straight away, they all love to watch it eat their deposits and it has now completely replaced my 5 old style litter boxes.
I've had a fair bot of interaction with the customer service team through Facebook Messenger, mainly to check on the arrival time for the accessories (which are shipped from China and take a little longer to arrive. 2 weeks in my case) the customer service has been absolutely fabulous, this alone could've sold me on this box over all the others!
I'm completely converted and would recommend Popur to anyone with a cat 😺
I change the bag weekly (5 cats, remember!) and this is a simple task.
I'm still using the cardboard waste box atm, as my plastic one just arrived today, but even that has totally eliminated any smells.
I'm never going back to manual scooping! I'd rather give up my microwave, dishwasher or tumble dryer!!!

After a good chat to Steven last week. I put in an order for single daytime aligners.
My impressions kit arrived after a couple of days, with clear instructions on how to take them and spares of everything.
It was really easy to do.
I spoke to William at customer services and asked if it woul be possible to change my order to Nighttime aligners as I'm worried I won't want to wear them all day,every day.
William has been brilliant, the customer care provided by this company is second to none.
I'm really looking forward to receiving my aligners now and will update my review here when they arrive and I start my treatment.

I've just made my first contact with Smileie.
Steven has been ever so helpful, explaining the process to me.
Their prices are the best on the market and unlike othe aligner companies, I can only pay for the set I need, which less than halves the price!
At the beginning of my research, I thought straightening my front tooth would cost me £2500, but Smileie are offering the same service for less than £700!
Amazing.
I will review again after I receive my aligners.

I've had the same issue as everyone else here.
Company are complete scammers and offer you an unusable pdf instead of a real book.
Thanks to the reviewer before me on Trustpilot, I'm now pursuing it with resolveit.co.uk and will also report it to my bank, as have given these clowns my card number 🤬

This is only a review of the booking service, but I hope the stay is better than the booking experience, which was awful!
I tried to book a room online, but couldn't get my booking accepted. I had to call customer services on their premium rate number to book, this cost me £5.24 in call costs and they even had the cheek to charge me a £2.50 booking fee for booking over the phone, even though I had no other option. Shocking service for such a big chain. Sort it out Travelodge!

I placed an order for a run of books in a series I'm reading, but like a plonker, ordered the one I was halfway through as well. It even took me all day to notice!
I emailed customer service, as soon as the penny dropped and asked if it was possible to cancel one book in my order of 6 at around 2am.
By 9am, I'd had an email back from Shivam, who assured me they'd corrected my mistake and refunded me for the one book I'd ordered in error.
Truly AWESOME customer service!
I adore second hand books and managed to find all the books I was looking for, at a fraction of the retail price!
Free postage too and a whopping 20% off my first order by signing up to their mailing list.
I'm really pleased with my first interaction with Awesome Books and will definitely be ordering again.
