Ordered a pair of uggs
Ordered a pair of uggs, had notification from local co-op for pick up. When I arrived no trace of my boots. After reporting to Yodel it took me days to get hold of Office. Tried online chat, messenger, which is meant to be a 24 hour reply took 4 days! Finally after 5 days received a response to an email which in turn asked me to email them back...is this going to be another 5 days until they respond?! Customer service is shocking! Cannot believe that there is no telephone number! I can't imagine my replacement will arrive before Christmas now...
