Took ten days to come. The website doesn’t keep step with the delivery as I had received the clothes and wanted to start a return but the website still said “out for delivery” so I couldn’t for another 48 hours. Then the jeans had a weird fake fading applied to it which was so obviously fake that I had to return them. First time and last time buyer.
Customer service is excellent and the availability of coaches to Spurs home games is great, especially for late kick offs when trains home are unreliable. Shame they’ve stopped the Champions League coaches for that very reason. Occasionally, we’ve had an over-zealous slightly road-rage driver shouting abuse at other drivers, which isn’t really professional, but we’ve always got home safely!
Firstly, this was marketed as a fasting and calorie control weight loss program. The fasting part was easy to follow and the countdown timer was good. The calorie logging portion sizes are all in ounces and American brands. You have to do calculations every time to see what a portion size is. You can’t sync an Apple Watch to their tracker - you are supposed to buy one of their watches. As many people have their own fitness or smart watches, you should be able to sync them. The articles they ask you to read are condescending and nothing new if you have tried to lose weight before and have even a basic level understanding of motivation. I have now followed the plan for two weeks, been hungry for most of this time, and have lost precisely 1lb. I paid for a 12 week program so will give it another couple of weeks but, seriously, if you are in the UK, try another program.

Ordering and delivery were smooth and the dress fits well and looks good. Only downside was that the return for the alternative size I ordered did not work first time (Royal Mail locker) and I had to email for customer support. Issue resolved and return submitted.

Service in store was helpful and honest. Delivery arranged for a date to suit and then changed when it was no longer convenient for me. Only marked down a star as the wrong mattress was dropped off, but this was rectified on the same day when the delivery driver realised. Mattress seems good quality and has “puffed up” quickly and evenly. Sleep trial to follow….

Phone ordered Thursday late evening, arrived Saturday morning! Excellent condition as advertised. Part charged and worked straight from the box! Four stars because the screen protector we ordered wasn’t good quality - it didn’t stick down properly on the corners/ edges. Not a deal breaker but we wouldn’t buy it again.

Placed an order two weeks ago. No update since receiving the confirmation email. Emailed them three days ago. No reply. There’s a link in the email to track progress but as I’m now suspecting that this website may not be genuine, I’m not clicking on a suspect link! I’m giving it one more week then contacting my credit card company.
