I made a genuine but stupid error in ordering tickets for this coach company through a 3rd party, the 3rd party were not interested at all just directed me to FAQ which I had already read and didn’t resolve my issue. But when I contacted this coach company a human replied to my query and took the time to address me by my name be sympathetic and resolve my issue quickly. I will now always think of this company for travel arrangements!!

Would give zero stars! Poor communication along with
Safeguarding concerns for allowing a minor to make a booking and refusal to refund £148 - just 7 days after booking.
I’ve since contacted again with no response so I’m left with no alternative to review my experience here.
This company has no morals take your money elsewhere and take note of all the other negative reviews!

Absolutely fabulous customer service from Big Green Coaches. They responded swiftly to my questions via email and went above and beyond to support and help me. I was enquiring about transport to an upcoming concert in summer at a stadium with Big Green Coaches and was unsure about many things but nothing was to much trouble for them. They are very prompt and professional in their services and I would definitely, highly recommend everyone to use Big Green Coaches for any big events they need to get to as they have many local pick up locations. Also to have return travel for the day saves costs on accommodation and other unnecessary travel expenses. Thank you. 👍

Lovely customer service, prompt response and clear information.

Customer service is excellent and the availability of coaches to Spurs home games is great, especially for late kick offs when trains home are unreliable. Shame they’ve stopped the Champions League coaches for that very reason.
Occasionally, we’ve had an over-zealous slightly road-rage driver shouting abuse at other drivers, which isn’t really professional, but we’ve always got home safely!

The response from support has been timely and secondary to none. Now if they could put on a pick up from Brighton for IOW next year I'd be giving 10 stars

Contacted Big Green Coach with a query as one of their packages looked sold out even though it had only just gone on sale. They got back to me twice in the same day and fixed the issue, really great service.

Used their services for the last 3 years attending Forbidden Forest. Friendly drivers, coaches are clean and comfortable. Pick up times are pretty much bang on. They are quick to respond to enquiries and with a friendly attitude too!

So prompt and keep you informed throughout the journey. Know that you can get to and from a concert without any worries of arriving late, or hanging around at the end of an evening.

Great, responsive customer service. Really feel like they care and want to help sort out any issues. Love the whole ethos of this company, feel like you're travelling with friends 🧡

Great way to see a concert, no waiting around. Drivers were friendly and humorous, travelled from South Wales to see Post Malone at Tottenham Hotspur. Can't fault any of it, well worth the money and a bonus that you could leave items on the coach.
Will definitely book again.

Coach was where it said it would be after the concert at Wembley, on time and left at the scheduled time. No fuss , no mad crowds at Wembley waiting for trains / tubes home and a short walk to the coach with a stress free quick journey home. Id definitely use again! Customer service was fab as well, no AI but real humans speaking to you and that made the positive difference. Great Service

My sister left her handbag on a coach at BBC radio 2 at Hylands. Another traveller had handed it to one of the stewards who was wearing visibly around his neck. My sister was so grateful, as losing her phone, purse etc. in one go would have ruined the festival and caused so many issues.

My nephew and I traveled from Stafford to Wembley ( 27/9/25 ) to see oasis but our journey was made miserable and uncomfortable due to a pair of men messing about down the isle while the coach was moving and partaking what I can only imagine was cocaine in the toilets, coming back to their seats frequently with white residue all over their face. I know it’s hard to control who can come on and come off the coach but then the driver let on some people who didn’t have tickets and were then refusing to move once they had got on, they were asking for food and money until they were eventually lead off, I understand it’s hard to remove people once they are on but if the tickets were checked to begin with we wouldn’t have been in this situation. The pair that were partaking in the drugs and unruly behaviour including what I can only politely describe as heavy petting on the back seat also then got off the coach to get McDonald’s and kept the coach waiting at the services for long enough that people were getting off and having to get Ubers as they didn’t want to wait any longer especially after travelling for 2.5 hours already.

Also other passengers left the coach at the service station to get Ubers home because of what was going on, on the coach!
I’ve previously contacted customer services only to be told sorry but there’s nothing they could do and wouldn’t offer any compensation. I won’t be using your company again.

Told wrong pick up point coach went without ne and my pregnant daughter. Called fhem to ask about refund or at least covering train fare and was totally dismissed after using them on occasions before this will be the last time absolutely awful service.

Was on time, clean, comfortable and took us straight to the venue! The drivers were pleasant and helpful. The bus wasn’t full and it had toilet facility’s although why you would need them I don’t know as there was a comfort break on a 3 hour journey! Good price too

Travelled to Coldplay concert from Bristol . Had seen mixed reviews so a little concerned . Didn’t need to be the coach was great . Toilet , air conditioning etc . Drivers really helpful and we arrived on time and left on time . No issues or complaints at all so would use them again .

We use BigGreenCoach to go to Spurs away games and have always been happy with our experience. We used it particularly as one of us has poor mobility and they always drop off very close to the ground. Last week at the Everton game, our coach driver experienced difficulties in dropping disabled passengers close to the ground, despite asking several times to do so . Then, during the game he was told to move the coach way up the road, such that it was a 25 minute walk away - really difficult for those with mobility issues. We only discovered the move by chance after talking to a fellow passenger at half time. I wrote to BGC afterwards to suggest they needed to improve their communication process for such unforeseen occurrences, as panic would definitely have set in had we discovered our coach missing with no idea of where it could be. They responded very positively, which I thought was good and also offered us a discount on our next trip even though none of this was their fault. Very responsive.
