Throw in the best price for the product available and an extended warranty for 5 years - now that is value for money. Well done, AIT/Samsung, a great partnership for an e-commerce booking utopia!

Great packaging and great buyer experience

I do not post many reviews but felt I needed to on this occasion to help someone avoid making the same mistake. Quite simply, do not buy from this company! Their supply chain is a shocker and their customer service even more appalling. I ordered Apple Airpods in early October 2020, I did not need them urgently and so chose standard shipping. After a month of no show I started to chase. Only yesterday (February 1st 2021 - yes you did read that correctly!) after email and email of me chasing them did they say they are lost and the courier company (HERMES) only offers £10 compensation. It is incredulous that they feel this is an appropriate response after all this time. It is not often I am left totally flabbergasted but that is because I feel they have literally taken the money out of my wallet...something not right about Tecobuy...

Missing part of my order. Called between Christmas and New Year, spoke to a real person, no quibble and simply resent missing part of shipment at no-charge (contact lenses). Have been a very contented customer for several years and they can count on me for several more. Loyalty discounts a thought but keep the Haribo's coming...
